As the COO of Meet Bridget and co-host of the Meet Bridget podcast…

…Keshiia helps bridge gaps and empower teenage girls and young women through storytelling and coaching. Alongside her best friend and Meet Bridget Founder/CEO, Asha Gabriel, she has spent the last decade crafting and developing mindful programming and confidence-building events and workshops for teens in the Los Angeles area. In 2020, they released the first season of their podcast, where they interview successful women from various careers, focusing on how their teen years and formative childhood events impacted their current lives. With the goal to create a visible and relatable library of pathways for young women, and to destigmatize vulnerability through clear and open communication, Meet Bridget has produced interviews with incredible women such as Jesse Golden (The Golden Secrets), Melissa Halloosim (Skinthesis), Christine Bullock (Kayo Body Care), Rachel Pally, Daniella Monet (Actress and Ethical Entrepreneur), and many more. Meet Bridget has been syndicated through Providence Health System's Dash Radio and was recently featured in Modern Luxury OC.

Beyond her work at Meet Bridget, Keshiia plays multiple roles in her personal life - she's a devoted mother, a caring sister, a trusted friend, and a compassionate confidant. She is a self-proclaimed wild-hearted jack-of-all-trades and constantly learning master-of-none. She channels her passions into various forms of expression, from writing and baking to cooking and indulging in her artistic pursuits like floristry, poetry, and sketching. Her restless mind is always in motion, seeking new experiences and avenues of creativity. She brings a unique perspective to her work, navigating her roles with grace, empathy, and resilience, drawing strength from her experiences to offer support and guidance to others. Her extensive background in critical care and emergency nursing, along with her leadership roles in healthcare, and her lived experience as a loss mom (x3), lend weight to her counsel. She currently serves as the Nursing Director for Ascending Medicine, a private concierge practice/company based in Los Angeles, CA.

Grounded in principles of transparency, education, and advocacy, Keshiia approaches every endeavor (creative and otherwise) with a dedication to capturing the depth of human connection, drawing from her lived experiences as a mixed-race, first-generation mother, and modern gentlewoman.

Keshiia is currently working on an anthology of stories and poetry based on her lived experience of motherhood and loss, as well as her experience growing up in a dynamic, mixed-race, first-generation, functionally dysfunctional family. She seeks to create written pieces which emote the specificity and deep connection felt through shared traumas, big and small.

She seeks to provide an honest window into her experience living in a complicated world.
